Clearing and balancing the energy in your home, property, and workspaces can create a more harmonious environment and can be advantageous in selling properties and enhancing businesses.
Note About Property Clearings
Space clearings are not permanent. An initial clearing can remove old and current detrimental energy, but cannot prevent the accumulation of new energy brought in or created by the inhabitants or their guests.
*We suggest multiple house clearings over time if energy persists.

During a clearing, I will use one or more techniques to clear your space depending on your particular situation. These may include:

What is a property clearing?
A Property Clearing is a deep energetic cleansing of your home, workspace, or even vehicle. It can help to remove unwanted past or present energies. This sometimes can include Spirit Rescue, Entity Removal, Residual Energy Cleansing, and Earth Energy Grid Balancing.
What are the benefits?
Property Clearings can help to cleanse old stagnant energies in a home, workplace, etc. This can leave the home feeling lighter energetically promoting an increase in your energy.
Where can a property clearing take place?
In any home, workspace, gather space, this includes indoor and outdoor spaces. This can be done on-site or remotely. Remote clearing will have further instructions upon booking.
What does a Property Clearing look like?
After talking briefly with the client to get a feel for what is going on with the property, I usually work remotely (from my office) using the address and a few pictures of the property. The space needing clearing can be owned by the client, a rental, an office building, retail space or just land. Depending upon the needs, I typically clear and balance the energy of the building/s and surrounding grounds of the property.
Are Property Clearings permanent?
No, this will clear any past or current energies but will not keep new energies from being brought in by others. A maintenance session may be needed in the future.
Who can benefit from a property clearing?
Everyone. Especially good for those moving into a new location and are looking to clear any energies from previous owners or tenants. This can also be good to clear any negative energies from the workspace or business front.
